AutomateNexus includes a built-in ecommerce module for managing products, processing orders, and tracking customer purchases — all integrated with your CRM data.

Products

Navigate to Ecommerce > Products to manage your product catalog:

  • Add products with name, description, price, and images
  • Set inventory levels and track stock
  • Organize products into categories
  • Configure product variants (size, color, etc.)
  • Set up digital product delivery

Orders

The Orders page shows all customer purchases with:

  • Order number and date
  • Customer information (linked to CRM contact)
  • Products ordered and quantities
  • Order status (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled)
  • Payment status and totals

Customer Profiles

Ecommerce customer profiles are linked to your CRM contacts, giving you a unified view of both sales and purchase history. View:

  • Purchase history and lifetime value
  • Favorite products and categories
  • Abandoned carts
  • CRM activities and communications

Discount Codes

Create discount codes for promotions:

  • Percentage off — e.g., 20% off entire order
  • Fixed amount — e.g., $10 off
  • Free shipping
  • Set usage limits and expiration dates
  • Restrict to specific products or customer segments

Marketing Campaigns

Run targeted campaigns for your ecommerce store, including abandoned cart recovery emails, product launch announcements, and seasonal promotions — all managed from the Ecommerce analytics dashboard.
