Security Settings

Navigate to System & Settings > Security to configure your organization security:

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — Require all users to enable 2FA for an extra layer of account security
Session management — Set session timeout durations and view active sessions
Password policies — Enforce minimum password strength requirements
IP allowlisting — Restrict access to specific IP addresses

Approval Workflows

Set up approval workflows from Settings > Approvals to require sign-off on important actions:

Deal discounts — Require manager approval for discounts above a threshold
Quote approvals — Route high-value quotes through an approval chain
Expense submissions — Review and approve team expense reports

Approvals are visible to Organization Admins and Super Admins only.

Data Migration

The Data Migration tool helps you import data from other CRM systems or spreadsheets:

CSV and Excel file uploads
Field mapping with auto-detection
Duplicate detection and merge options
Import history and rollback capability

Data Warehouse

Connect to external data warehouses for advanced analytics and reporting. The Data Warehouse integration supports:

Scheduled data exports
Custom SQL queries
Integration with business intelligence tools

Audit Logging

AutomateNexus maintains an audit log of all significant actions within your organization. Track who changed what and when, including user logins, setting changes, data modifications, and permission updates.
