Talk-Time Analysis
See the breakdown of who spoke during each call:
- Rep vs. prospect ratio — Displayed as a stacked horizontal bar chart
- Ideal range indicator — The optimal talk ratio is 40-60% for the rep
- Monologue detection — Flags segments where one party spoke for over 2 minutes continuously
Competitor Mentions
The system automatically detects mentions of competitors during calls and provides:
- Competitor name and mention count
- Context snippets showing what was said
- Sentiment analysis (positive, negative, or neutral mentions)
- Timestamps for quick reference
Coaching Scorecards
Each rep receives a coaching scorecard with scores across five categories:
- Discovery — Quality of discovery questions asked
- Active Listening — Evidence of listening and responding to prospect needs
- Objection Handling — Effectiveness in addressing concerns
- Next Steps — Clarity and commitment on follow-up actions
- Overall — Composite score
A radar chart provides visual representation, and trend sparklines show improvement over time. AI-generated recommendations suggest specific areas for improvement.
Call Library
The Call Library is a searchable, filterable archive of all recorded calls. Search by participant name, company, or tag. Filter by rep, outcome (won, lost, pending), or date range. Click any call to expand its full analysis inline.
Team Performance
The dashboard shows team-level stats including total calls analyzed, average coaching score, average talk ratio, and top performer identification.
